Have you just bought a foal at our foal auction and are unsure how best to care for it in the first few months? Well, don’t worry!
Our experienced and dedicated team is ready to welcome your newly purchased foal from Blue Hors Elite Foal Auction and give it loving care and attention. We offer a safe and stimulating atmosphere where the foal can grow and develop under expert guidance in familiar surroundings with its equine friends.
Your foal is welcome in our foal nursery until Easter. We take care of everything from proper feeding to socialising with other foals. That way, you can be sure that your foal gets the best care.
ATTENTION: This applies ONLY to foals purchased at Blue Hors auctions.
Foals included in the Blue Hors auction on 12 December 2023 will be covered by life insurance* with a new subscription date from the hammer price and with the hammer price. Foals will be insured by Blue Hors for 20 days. Agria Dyreforsikring will contact the buyer of the foal in order to take over the insurance.
*Safe Life Insurance will be with a maximum sum insured of up to DKK 150,000. Anything above this amount will be covered by Limited Life Insurance. If there is a remark on the veterinarian’s certificate, you may risk a reservation on the insurance.

The Horse
Blue Hors and the Customer have entered into an agreement regarding stabling of the following horse:

Blue Hors and the Customer are individually and jointly referred to as a “Party” and the “Parties” below.
Content
The start date of the agreement is the 12th of December 2023, and the end date is the 31st of March 2024 (“Contract Period”). The agreement may be terminated at any time by either Party with a notice of 1 month, plus end of the month, by written notification to the other Party.
The price for stabling is DKK 2.500, incl. VAT, per month. Blue Hors forwards an invoice to the Customer once a month. Payment must be made 8 days net from invoice date.
Blue Hors is responsible for the daily care of the Horse. Examination and treatment by a veterinarian are not included. However, if an urgent health or life-threatening situation arises for the Horse, Blue Hors reserves the right to take necessary measures. The Customer will be informed of this as soon as possible. All cost shall be paid by the Customer.
During the Contract Period, the Customer bears the risk of the Horse’s injuries, illness, and death etc. This also applies to damage that the Horse may cause to a third party’s person or property. The Customer is obliged to keep the Horse duly insured throughout the Contract Period.
Any dispute regarding this agreement, incl. matter of the agreement’s validity and termination, shall be determined by Danish Law, before the Danish courts, in the judicial district where Blue Hors have their registered office.
