Hengste Galla in Vechta, 2019

Danish Warmblood Stallion Show 2019
- His sire, St. Moritz Jr. himself was premium stallion in Verden in 2009. He completed a very good 30-days performance test in Neustadt-Dosse and qualified for the German Bundeschampionat with scores from 8.88 up to 9.25.
- St. Moritz Jr.’s dam, Wie Princess, is also the dam of the stallion Finest, who was premium stallion in Verden in 2013. The damline of St. Schufro produced several licensed stallions: Aderlass, champion stallion in Hanover in 1971, Lindberg, Campbel Czech as well as several successful advanced level dressage and jumping horses.
- St. Schufro’s damsire is none other than Blue Hors Don Schufro.
- In the third generation, the pedigree contains the genes of the stallion Atatürk, which produced outstanding horses in both dressage and show jumping.
- St. Schufro is known for his amazing temper, energetic and huge movement, exceptionel suppleness and uphill tendencies, as well as his willingness to work and impressive ridability. All qualities he has shown himself to pass onto his offspring
- He has been colour-gene tested and proven to only pass on black and brown coats to his offspring.
– St. Schufro is a great match for high-raised, big-framed mares with a good front. To those mares he will benefit with passing on his great mechanic and amazing work ethic, says breeding manager Martin Klavsen
- He therefore a great stallion for e.g. mares by Blue Hors Zack, Blue Hors Hotline and Blue Hors Romanov who will often bring big frames and a classic conformation along.

- Blue Hors St. Schufro made a strong impression in breeding from an early age and delivers offspring each year which perform particularly well at shows and at auctions by virtue of their exceptional gaits.
- One of his sons was licensed and sold for no less than 400,000 euros at the 2018 Hanoverian licensing in Verden. That same year, sons were licensed in Germany and Sweetnes, a daughter from his first crop of foals, was awarded the breeder’s medal in silver at the Danish Warmblood’s Elite Show after achieving one of the highest mare performance test scores nationwide.
- Under Silje Bakken at the Blue Horse Dressage Championship final for 4-year-olds in 2019, St. Schufro daughter Sweetnes scored 8.5 overall with 9 in canter and potential. The pair was again brilliant at the DRF championship finals at Blue Hors, where Sweetnes was the best Danish Warmblood horse, winning the qualification and finishing 9th.
- Three Blue Hors St. Schufro offspring – Sweetnes, Sporty Spice and St. Souci – have qualified for the Danish Warmblood Young Horse Championship in March 2020 in Herning.
