An iconic breeding stallion from Blue Hors is on its way to Holland!
Joop van Uytert, a renowned figure in the breeding world, has just announced the exciting news of an upcoming star for his stallion station. A stallion who has proven his worth as a sire with outstanding foal crops featuring winning foals and top auction foals both domestically and internationally.
Exciting news for Dutch breeders: Blue Hors Zackerey has been acquired by Joop Van Uytert in collaboration with stal Brouwer from Gieten and will be available for stud in the upcoming season!
Blue Hors Zackerey is an exceptional stallion of rare caliber, combining conformation and type, gaits, rideability, and work ethic in a truly unique manner with an outstanding pedigree of top quality. Zackerey made a remarkable entrance onto the international breeding scene, capturing the audience’s attention at the Oldenburg Stallion Licensing in Vechta in 2016, followed by an impressive performance at the Danish Warmblood Stallion Licensing in Herning in 2017, where he was awarded premium stallion status.
In 2018, Zackerey was fully licensed by Danish Warmblood as a gold medal stallion and recipient of the Aage Ravns Trophy. That same year, he culminated his impressive career by being named Hauptprämiensieger at the Oldenburg Stallion Licensing in Vechta. This honor is bestowed upon the best stallion of the 2014 vintage based on a combination of performance testing, sports results, and the quality of the stallion’s first foal crop. Zackerey left everyone in awe and literally lifted the roof off the auction hall in Vechta.
