St. Athletique by Blue Hors St. Schufro – Hofrat – Wie Weltmeyer was bred by Friederike Peters from the German town of Ahstedt and was approved in Hanoverian in 2018, before he was sold at the Hanoverian auction in Verden for € 400,000.
Today, St. Athletique is owned by Hengststation Meyerhof and ridden by Heiko Klausing. With Heiko Klausing in the saddle, the stallion was placed 4th in Thursday’s qualifier with 8.2 for trot, 9.5 for walk, 8.5 for canter, 8.0 for ridability and 8.7 for capacity, giving a total score of 8.58 points. But, to put the finishing touches on this year’s WCYH, the pair won the GOLD in the final with 9.0 for trot, 8.7 for walk, 8.5 for canter, 8.7 for ridability, 8.7 for capacity and a total score of 8.72 points!
