Zack in absolute top form at the World Championships 2022 in Herning
Nanna Merrald Rasmussen and Blue Hors Zack
Presence and talent galore
The Danish Olympic pair consisting of the breeding stallion Blue Hors Zack (by Rousseau/Jazz, breeder: Bas Wilschut) and Blue Hors elite rider Nanna Merrald Rasmussen scored a wild 76.724% and was at the front of the class for a long time.
The 18-year-old Blue Hors Zack, who is more current than ever before, showed high class and plenty of energy during today’s Grand Prix – and was of course applauded by an enthusiastic audience that had brought both handkerchiefs for their eyes and Danish flags to fly for the Danish riders and horses!
A breeding stallion at the absolute top
As a breeding stallion, he also has his eligibility in the world championship class, as he is the sire of 3 of his competitors: The 14-year-old Zigzag by Blue Hors Zack – Blue Hors Don Schufro (bred by Astrid and Bjarne Risvig), ridden by Gilles Ngovan/Schweiz , the former Blue Hors sales horse 12-year-old Grevens Zorro by Blue Hors Zack – Blue Hors Hertug (bred by Svend Skov Poulsen and Dorit Greve), ridden by Anna Tallberg/Finland and the 14-year-old Zidane by Blue Hors Zack – Ladoga (bred by Steffen Sunesen), ridden by Gretha Ferreira/South Africa
All while the competitions look very well for Denmark, whose other pair in the fire was Carina Cassøe Krüth and Heiline’s Danciera, who scored a great 76.863%
