The BLUE HORS AUTUMN AUCTION concluded in the most festive manner on Saturday with auctioneer Frederik De Backer. With his unique storytelling and skill with the hammer, he kept the audience on the edge of their seats until the very last bid. With bids from all over the world and prices ranging from 8,500 to 58,000 euros, it was an auction with horses for everyone!

If there was one thing the Autumn Auction of 2023 showcased, it was that last year’s success wasn’t a fluke. Blue Hors’ grand exhibition hall buzzed with anticipation as both national and international buyers filled the venue, eager to bid on a collection of 16 exceptional dressage horses. This evening was not only a testament to the auction’s global allure but also to the thrill that emerges when dedicated horse aficionados spot the perfect match. With a total revenue of nearly xx million Danish kroner, the auction set a new benchmark for the extraordinary quality of horses on display.
The highlight of the evening was the sale of the stunning gelding Emmit (ESCAMILLO – CONEN – WELTMEYER), presented by Blue Hors’ talented rider Cristian Tudela Ruiz. This star fetched an impressive price of 58,000 €, secured by an online bidder from Belgium.
