Organic Zinc for horses with apple flavour

Organic Zinc is a zinc supplement for horses with added organic copper to ensure the zinc-copper balance. The zinc-copper balance is important for the horse as zinc and copper are two essential minerals that work together and influence each other’s functions in the body. An optimal balance between zinc and copper is crucial for a wide range of health aspects in horses. We have chosen organic zinc, which is a more bioavailable form of zinc, meaning it is easier for the horse to absorb and utilise it in the body compared to inorganic zinc.

In addition, Blue Hors Organic Zinc also contains biotin (for hooves, coat, skin), selenium, vitamin C and vitamin E, all of which are antioxidants that neutralise free radicals and boost the immune system. Zinc is especially recommended for strengthening and making the horse’s skin more resistant.

The cylinder contains 1kg and comes with a measuring spoon.

Feeding instructions:

REMEMBER: Zinc should be used as a cure when needed. Recommended feeding period is approx. 8 weeks.

500 kg: 20 g. / day (2 spoonfuls)

350 kg: 10-15 g. /day (1 – 1½ spoonfuls)
1 measuring spoon contains approx. 10 g.
Combine with and mix in with the rest of the feed.
