Bondo’s sire, the Benicio-son Bonds, was named Champion Stallion in Vechta. Subsequently, he passed his 14-day test with a superior score of 9.28 points. Bonds comes from a particularly rideable and functional line, which is known for, among other, the breeding stallion Belissimo M, who has given the sport countless fantastic horses.
The dam, Dorette, has herself competed in dressage at B-level and is sired by the international top horse Dante Weltino, who, with Swedish Therese Nilshagen in the saddle, has made an impression on equestrians worldwide with their achievements at, among others, the Tokyo Olympics and the World Championships in Herning.
Dams dam, Ravenna, has produced the offspring Sao Paulo (by Stedinger), who has competed in Intermediare II, the Grand Prix horse Stauffenberger (by Stedinger), Dirk Dalegro (by Dante Weltino), who has compted in Level 1 Test 1/Novice and the premium stallion Festa (by Fürst Jazz)
Bondo‘s state-awarded dam of dam’s dam, Gesa, is also the dam of the the state-awarded mares, Rubiena(by Rubinstein I) and Macarena (by Metternich). The same goes for Bedford’s great-great-granddam Fairness‘s sister, Argentina (by Argentinus).
