The Zack sons dominated at CDI Aalborg - and Zirrus won his Grand Prix debut

I'm so proud of Znickers who won two classes in Aalborg! And I'm so proud of Zirrus that I've ridden since he was 6 years old, and now he's really stepped into the ranks of the adults - another Grand Prix horse in the luggage, and a debut with 73%!

Thursday success!

Several Blue Hors riders participated in the national and international CDI3 * competition in Aalborg. One of them was Nanna Skodborg Merrald, who, among other things, rode the Blue Hors Zack-son Blue Hors Znickers (Blue Hors Zack – De Niro). Nanna and Znickers did so well during Thursday’s part of the competition that, despite wind and rain, they were able to take home a nice first place in the CDI3 * Prix St. Georges with a great 73.588%

Friday's first places

Friday offered up another eventful day in wind and rain at CDI Aalborg, where Nanna Skodborg Merrald and Blue Hors Znickers once again were at start – this time in Intermediare I. The strong wind did not manage to stop this super pair from pulling another first place home with a ride that was rewarded with several 8’s and a total score of 71,559%!

Also Blue Hors Zirrus (Blue Hors Zack – Donnerhall – Pik Bube I) was on fire on Friday. He participated in the national show’s Intermediare II, where he and Nanna rode to a nice 72.369%, which triggered a first place. Just after Nanna, Blue Hors Talent rider, Sophia Ludvigsen, came in second place on Safari Klintgaard, on whom Sophia achieved 69.561% – great achievements of the two talented dressage riders!

Zirrus wins his Grand Prix debut

Nanna debuted Blue Hors Zirrus in the Grand Prix at the national competition on Sunday, where it turned into a first place with 73.367% in Den Rene Linie Grand Prix, which must be said to be a more than approved debut for this couple! And Nanna has good reason to be proud, as this is just another one of many Grand Prix horses (and Zack-sons) she has produced in the most beautiful way!
